Every Dynox X5 is made to order. Here's where the time goes: about 1–2 weeks to build, about 4 weeks at sea, then 1–2 weeks for US delivery and in-home setup. Plan on 7–8 weeks in total — West Coast addresses often arrive in 6–7. In rare cases, port or freight delays can stretch this to 8–10 weeks; if that happens, we'll let you know as soon as we do.

Warranty & Returns

60-Day Risk-Free Trial. Try your Dynox X5 at home for 60 days. If it's not right, we arrange free return pickup — no restocking fees, no questions about what didn't work. Refund processed within 5 business days of pickup.

3-Year Frame & Upholstery Warranty. Frame, padding, and fabric/upholstery covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years from delivery. Motors, lift mechanism, and controller covered for 2 years; charging and cooling electronics for 1 year.

1-Year In-Home Service. If something needs attention in the first year, we send a technician to you at no cost.
