Warranty

This warranty applies to Dynox Home recliners purchased directly from dynoxhome.com.

Coverage Period

  • 3-Year Warranty — Frame, padding, and fabric/upholstery against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
  • 1-Year Warranty — Electrical components (motors, lift mechanism, wiring, USB/charging ports, remote control) against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Year 1 — Complimentary In-Home Service

During the first 12 months from delivery, Dynox Home provides limited complimentary in-home service visits at our discretion for covered repairs. A Dynox-authorized technician will be dispatched to your home to assess and repair eligible issues. Service is subject to availability and geographic coverage within the contiguous United States.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Frame structural integrity (3 years)
  • Foam padding compression beyond normal use (3 years)
  • Fabric and leather surface defects, seam failures (3 years)
  • Motor and lift mechanism failure (1 year)
  • Electronic control failure including remote and charging ports (1 year)

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor fabric pilling, color softening from sunlight exposure)
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage from improper cleaning or care (refer to care instructions included with your order)
  • Cosmetic damage from pets, sharp objects, or food/beverage spills
  • Use exceeding the weight capacity (330 lbs)
  • Commercial or institutional use; this warranty is for residential use only
  • Damage occurring during customer-arranged transport or relocation

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email service@dynoxhome.com with your order number, clear photos or video of the issue, and a brief description of when and how the issue appeared.
  2. Our Customer Care team will respond within 1 business day to confirm coverage eligibility.
  3. For covered issues, we will either dispatch a technician (Year 1) or ship replacement parts directly to you (Year 2 and Year 3) at no cost.
  4. If we ask you to return a defective part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Important Notes

  • This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners within the coverage period, provided the original proof of purchase can be presented.
  • Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery confirmed by tracking, not the date of purchase.
  • Custom-configured (made-to-order) chairs receive the same warranty as ready-to-ship chairs.
  • This warranty applies only to chairs purchased directly from dynoxhome.com or from a Dynox-authorized retailer in the United States.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
